A total of 337 principals from 274 state elementary school (SDN) and 63 state junior high school (SMPN) in East Jakarta are mutated. From the amount, 10 principals were mutated because of bad performance.

Besides that, there are 18 principals were rotated by their periodization, to become a regular teacher

East Jakarta Primary Education Head, Nasrudin said, from 63 SMPN principals, 53 of them came from East Jakarta. Then 10 principals came from outside, as 3 principals came from West Jakarta, 2 principals from South Jakarta, 2 principals from Central Jakarta and 3 principals are from North Jakarta.

" Besides that, there are 18 principals were rotated by their periodization, to become a regular teacher . Because they had served more than two periods," said Nasrudin, Saturday (1/3).

Nasrudin also mentioned, there are three teachers were promoted to become echelon 4 in his structural, such as Salikun, who became Section Head for Junior High School of Basic Education Department (Dikdas) North Jakarta.

Then Susamsa, SMPN 97 teacher who was promoted to West Jakarta Head Section of Primary Education Department. Then Suyoto, as the SMPN 252 teacher was promoted to East Jakarta Section Head of Vocational Secondary Education (Dikmen) Department.

"From 337 principals of this school, there are 10 SDN principals mutated because of bad performance. They were originally a leader in the good schools and they are placed in an ordinary school now. This rotation aims for refreshment and gives them motivation to be more active," he said.
